We have a 7-night minimum stay. However, do get in touch if you require a shorter stay as we do occasionally have last minute short breaks available (min 5 nights).

Prices above are for up to 4 people. Extra guests are an additional EUR 15 per day.
Each booking carries a EUR 170 cleaning/laundry charge. Mid-stay clean and bedlinen change (mandatory for 12 days or more) is charged at EUR 90.
Each booking incurs a EUR/££ 300 refundable security/damage deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Booking deposit is forfeited if the booking is cancelled any time after confirmation has been received.
25% of the accommodation cost is payable if the booking is cancelled between 60 and 30 days before occupancy.
50% is due if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 14 days.
100% is payable if cancellation is less than 14 days before the tenancy is due to begin.
However, we will be pleased to offer you a full refund at any time if we are able to re-let your dates.
